The Agency’s bonds are insured by a variety of municipal bond insurance companies. These companies are rated separately by rating agencies (Standard & Poor
's, Moody
's, and Fitch
's). Below are recent changes to the insurance ratings of these financial guaranty companies. As required by the Bonds’ Indentures and SEC Rule 15c2-12, Notices of Material Events were filed with DisclosureUSA - http://www.disclosureusa.org - for dissemination to Dissemination Agents, Nationally Recognized Municipal Securities Information Repositories (NRMSIRs) and applicable State Repositories.
