Annual and Continuing Disclosure

In accordance with bond indentures, the Agency has submitted the following continuing disclosures to bond trustees and uploaded the information to the Electronic Municipal Market Access' (EMMA) website (http://emma.msrb.org/), which is a service of the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board (MSRB). On December 8, 2008, SEC designated MSRP as the central repository for ongoing disclosures by municipal issuers. MSRP's EMMA system would make these disclosures available to the public for free through its website.
