Vietnamese American Community Center
Project Vision
The Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Jose is looking for up to 24 community members to be part of an exciting project that will engage the community in a process to create recommendations for programs and services at the proposed Vietnamese American Community Center (VACC), to be located in the George Shirakawa Center. The objective of the VACC is to create a true community center that celebrates diversity, fosters belonging, and brings vital services to this region. Many of the programs will be focused on the Vietnamese American community, yet the Center is intended to serve all citizens of the region.
